Duty of Care & Waste Transfer Notes

As a waste producer you are legally obligated to ensure you dispose of your waste properly, and as a waste carrier it is our obligation to dispose of your waste properly. This known as duty of care and in order to fulfull this obligation we will provide you with a waste transfer note everytime we collect your rubbish.

In order to benefit the environment and improve efficiency we offer to send electronic copies of waste transfer notes instead of leaving paper notes. Of course paper notes are still available! If we pick up from your site regularly we can also provide summarised reports of the waste we have removed for you.

This not only fulfills the mutual legal responsibility we share with our clients to document the transfer of waste, but also ensures that waste is disposed of properly.

Fully insured, registered waste carriers

We proudly meet and exceed all current environmental legislation.

Did you know that it is illegal to transfer waste to unlicensed persons? For any type of job you must be sure the carrier you choose is licensed to handle the particular kind of waste at hand. It’s a very wise decision to always check that your waste company is appropriately licensed and fully insured.

We like to offer our customers some peace of mind by keeping current copies of our waste carriers license and liability insurance right here on our website. Just click on the respective thumbnail to view the entire document.

We have recently achieved FORS bronze accreditation. The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators which aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations, and to demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.

Health & Safety

Heavy lifting is a big part of what we do, and we’re often doing it very quickly. In turn, health & safety is something we take very seriously. Injuries on the job are hugely unpleasant for everyone involved and we do everything we can to ensure that our crews are kept safe and so is everyone else on the site.
